About Tower Water

From our humble beginnings in 1992, Tower Water began as a cooling tower cleaning company. Shortly after being founded, Russell Baskin brought his 10 years of experience in the New York City water treatment field & created our Service Department.

In 1996, Noah Baskin created the Water System Construction Consulting Department, which revolutionized the chemical cleaning marketplace by creating & refining the equipment that is used to perform this work.

Our focus has always been building lasting relationships with our employees and customers — from our 700 square foot facility in the 1990s to our 13,000 square foot facility that we own and occupy today.

Tower Water has been a breath of fresh air for us. Our previous vendor was unreliable and relatively unresponsive to our treatment needs. Tower has our system running well and reporting remotely to the central portal which frees up our labor force to do other tasks. They are professional and prompt.

— Dan Marzullo

Tower Water is the real deal when it comes to water treatment. The staff is very knowledgeable. This company will save your system. I had Robert as my technician and he was excellent.

— Tom Hales

Tower Water has worked with us for over a year. They are professional, punctual, and by far the most knowledgeable people I have ever met in the cooling tower industry. Their understanding of building infrastructure, construction, and compliance laws have given me a great understanding of why it is important to hire experts to maintain a building's systems.
