Andrew Ricks
Director of Operations
Andrew Ricks serves as the Director of Operations at Tower Water and is a valued member of the company’s Leadership Team. His journey with Tower Water began in 2013 when he was recruited from the NJIT Career Fair. He initially joined as a Technical Account Manager, where he played a pivotal role in evaluating the emerging regulatory landscape surrounding Legionella in cooling towers. His insights and leadership contributed significantly to the establishment of Tower Water’s Legionella Compliance Division in 2018.
In 2025, Andrew was appointed Director of Operations. In this capacity, he oversees the company’s contracting, service delivery, and compliance solutions, driving continuous improvement in operational offerings to better serve clients. Prior to joining Tower Water, Andrew gained valuable experience as a Systems Engineer, where he implemented and programmed building automation systems, and as a Parts Representative specializing in HVAC products.
